Ovation Breadwinner 1972 - EXTREMELY RARE! PRE PRODUCTION PROTOTYPE! - Collectable - Vintage White
Through extensive investigation and information I have discovered that this model example is an extremely rare pre production prototype from the year 1972 designated by the serial number 854 *(which is before the actual factory mass production!) From 1973 and up had serial numbers designated by the following sequence - E+4 Digits.
*This is most likely one of the very first pre-production prototypes which has the input jack on the inner lower bout cutaway.
*This early prototype model was pre-production with non embossed plates.
All later models from 1973 had a pressed embossed neck plate and back control plate with the Ovation logo etc…

Comes with original case which is in rough shape but does the job
