Terms & Conditions

(1) Payment
RebelRelic Guitar Shop must receive payment in full before any items are dispatched. All Product Prices, features and specifications are subject to change without notice unless otherwise stated.  Any prices quoted by RebelRelic Guitar web shop are inclusive of sales tax and duty.
This does not include any taxes or duties when shipping to non EU countries. Please check with your country's customs office for further details.

(2) Delivery
We are only able to deliver goods to the buyer's listed shipping address.

The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission. (At checkout)

All orders received by 1pm (Tuesday through Friday) will be despatched within two working days on all In stock items. Please allow additional lead time for all special order and back order items. 

Any order which leaves us at 3pm via courier, the responsibility will lie solely with the courier (postal) regarding delivery. We will inform you via Email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched (if provided).

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once they are delivered. If you have chosen the insured shipping option, the courier insures against loss or damage whilst in transit according to their policy. Damages to received items must be notified to RebelRelic Guitar Shop within 48 hours of delivery.

(3) Cancellations / Refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed within 30 days but usually at our earliest convenience. Please note transactions usually don't show up instantly.

(4) Warranties
New items come with a maximum 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties which will be enclosed with the product. Second-hand items come with no warranty against manufacturer defect.

When an ex-demonstration or shop worn model is sold it may not necessarily be in perfect condition and have had repairs, marks, scratches and/or other defects. Customers should check the goods are of a satisfactory condition for their particular use and requirement before purchasing. You can do this by contacting us via phone or email for more information.

Tampering with, adjusting, disassembling goods are void of warrantee

(5) Faulty Goods
Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged or refunded where possible and must be reported to us within the first 7 days of purchase.

After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods must be returned to RebelRelic Guitar Shop.

For the duration of the warranty any faults due to manufacturer defect will be repaired at no charge to the customer. Once repaired, goods will be returned to the buyers address at no charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the Manager's discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.

(6) Returned Goods
7 Day Returns Policy - Mail Order / Online Sales Only!
Goods may be returned to RebelRelic Guitar Shop up to 7 days after date of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided that:

6.1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials. (tampering, adjusting, disassembling sold goods voids the posibility for refund and or warrantee)

6.2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request.

6.3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced.

6.4. Restocking fees. There will be a 12% restocking fee for all returned items.

Delivery and collection charges are not refundable.
